This is one of the coolest products I have seen on the market. It is a stand with skis that has a brace on it
to hang a power auger off of. The auger sits in the brace and you push auger buddy just like you would push
a lawn mower.
It looks like it may not work well until you visit their Website
and watch it in action. They have videos.
You can also hang your other gear off of it replacing the need for a sled. Although, you would likely need
a backpack or two if you are taking electronics. That being said, you could probably tie a platic sled
around the middle arm and drag it behind the device.
It does fold-up and perhaps you would want to fold it up, drag it out with your shanty, and then assemble it when
you get out there. It weighs under 20 lbs but it is another thing to carry.
It may be best for the dedicated, all-day tip-up fisherman but it does appear to be transportable such that
it would fit in to any application with a little work.
